Bevel gears with straight teeth are made by slotting on Heinrich-Hrabec machines, in total we have 5 machines at our disposal. Various equipment of slotting machines enables us to cover a high range of both modules and gear mesh.
Wheels with curved teeth of epicycloid shape are made on OERLIKON machines. This technology is used only for a larger production volume.
Spiral wheels with teeth curvature in paloid (elongated evolvent) are manufactured on KLINGELBERG machine. In this case we have a limited range of modules but we are able to offer piece production.
For manufacturing gear wheels we mostly use cementing and carbon steels and also various kinds of stainless steel, cast iron, aluminium, duralumin, brass, bronze, homogeneous and composite plastics
