Screw gears

Parametres:

• surface roughness from Ra 0.8 to 3.2 depending on the selected technology
• standard shaft angle 90°; other angles available on request
• in basic parameters, helical gearing is identical to spur gearing (see chapter Spur Gears)
• the limiting helix angle for grinding helical gears is β = 45°
• possibility of producing helical gears with higher helix angles (e.g. 60°) by finish milling, available on request
