Spur gearing

We offer cystom manufacturing, starting from just one piece, according to technical documentation or a sample.

Externally toothed spur gears

Parameters:

• ange of gear modules in the metric series module 0.2 – 16
• in the inch system, Diametral Pitch 29 to 4
• for helical teeth, max. helix angle ß = 45° (60° on request) for beveled teeth max. inclination ß = 45° (60° on request)
• maximum outside diameter is 1,000 mm for hobbing and 500 mm for grinding
• accuracy of ground gears from quality class 5 according to DIN 3962 and higher, higher precision on request
• surface roughness from Ra 0.8 upwards depending on the technology used

Spur gears with internal teeth

Parameters:

• available in the metric range from module 0.4 upwards
• pressure angles 15°, 20° and 30°; special designs upon request
• we manufacture straight internal gearing; on request we can also produce helical internal gearing
• gearing supplied as shaped (according to ČSN 01 4682) or ground (according to DIN 3962), alternatively produced by wire EDM
• surface roughness from 0.8 Ra upwards depending on the technology used
