Spur gear manufacturing
Hobbing: straight and helical gearing, module 0.20–16, diameter 8–1000 mm, shaping of straight gearing by MAAG and Fellows methods. Machines from manufacturers TOS Čelákovice, Pfauter, Heckert, MAAG Zurich, Lambert.
Gear Grinding
- Generating gear grinders: Module 1–5, accuracy class 7 (higher precision upon request), maximum diameter Da = 270 mm. Machines by Reishauer and TOS Čelákovice.
- Profile grinding: Module up to 18, accuracy class 5 according to DIN 3962 (higher precision upon request), maximum diameter Da = 500 mm. Machines by Kapp Niles. Capable of grinding internal gears as well.
- Inspection: Ground gears are verified on a CNC Klingelnberg measuring center.
Sprockets
From pitch 6 to pitch 38.1 by hobbing, larger on request, machines from manufacturers TOS Čelákovice, Pfauter, MAAG Zurich, Lambert, Fanuc.
Gear racks
On request, machines from manufacturer Fanuc.
Internal gearing
On request, possibility of grinding up to Df = 400 mm, and also small diameters with CBN wheels from Da = 42 mm upwards. Possibility of grinding helical internal gearing. Machines from manufacturers TOS Čelákovice, MAAG Zurich, Kapp NILES.
Worm gears
- Worms: module 1–12, standard up to 5 starts, others on request, possibility of finishing the worm thread by grinding, machines from manufacturers Heckert, Csepel, NILES; worm types ZN, ZA, ZK.
- Worm wheels: module 1–12, production by tangential cutter (max. diameter Da = 580 mm) or by radial hobbing cutter (max. diameter Da = 900 mm), machines: hobbing machines with tangential feed from manufacturer TOS Čelákovice.
Bevel gears
Straight bevel gears module 1–16. Spiral bevel gears, Oerlikon system, always upon consultation. Klingelnberg Palloid gears, modules 1–4, machines from manufacturers Harbeck, Oerlikon, Klingelnberg, Fanuc.
Straight sided splines
Always subject to consultation. Manufacture of external splines by milling or shaping, internal splines by generating or indexing methods, both with the possibility of grinding. Machines from manufacturers TOS Čelákovice, Pfauter, Heckert, MAAG Zurich, NILES, Fanuc.
