Wire cutters FANUC

Dear customers, due to the expansion of our technological possibilities, during the year 2018 we have expanded our machine park by two wire cutters from FANUC company. The larger of the two machines allows the workpiece to be clamping up to 1 050 x 820 mm, the X and Y-axis travels are 600 x 400 mm and the Z-axis increased to 410 mm.

Both machines are fitted under a ganter crane and have an external programming system for more demanding applications. Thanks to the experience and software from the field of gearing, we can do even less common work, especially ridges including oblique, gearing with atypical module or angle of engagement, atypical sprockets, grooved pulleys, couplings with various types of internal and external Splines and many other applications.

We would like to inform you on our new possibilities in grinding.

Since March 2014 we have been working with a new CNC grinding machine for toothing. The machine is designed as a grinding centre with a variety of technological possibilities

The grinding machine allows following technologies of grinding:

  • Grinding of external toothing
    Grinding of internal toothing
    Grinding of splined profiles
    Grinding of worms of  ZK, ZN and ZA types
    Grinding of modified  tooth
    Grinding of “broadly defined” symmetric tooth profile for instance according to the scan etc.
