Toothing modules  within range  0,25 – 12 in metric series
Inch system Diametra Pitch 4;8;10;16
Max. rake for oblique teeth - b = 30°
Max. diameter of adendum circle – 1150 mm
Minimum diameter of cutting – 6 mm
Toothing meets accuracy grade 3-9 according to ČSN 01 4682 for milled wheels,  DIN 3962 for grinded wheels
Surface roughness from 0,8 according to the technology used

We are also able to make  one piece according to the technical documentation or a sample component (which can be damaged)

2) Internal front gear wheels

Parameters:

Toothing modules within range 0,4 – 8 in metric series
Mesh angle – 20-30°
We manufacture only internal straight toothing
Max. diameter of adendum circle – 400 mm
Min. diameter for cutting – 46 mm
Toothing meets accuracy grade 4-9 according to ČSN 01 4682 for slotted wheels. DIN 3962 for grinded wheels
Surface roughness  from 0, 8 Ra according to the technology used
