Slotting of toothing

Gear wheels with both external and internal toothing are manufactured on MAGG and TOS machines.

When manufacturing a piece with unknown toothing we successfully use slotting with matting,In this case the profile is not evolvent but alternative, linear or circular.

In this case we are equiped with a large assortment of tools for the manufacturing of toothing and evolvent  slotting. For manufacturing gear wheels we mostly use cementing and carbon steels and also various kinds of stainless steel, cast iron, aluminium, duralumin, brass, bronze, homogeneous and composite plastics.
